I am a real estate professional in Cedar Rapids, licensed in the State of Iowa. I sell enough real estate in Iowa to be rated in the top 3% of Coldwell Banker Agents internationally. Keith did an appraisal for Alliant Energy and stated that a proposed massive electrical Sub-station located in a SOLEY residential area would not effect the homeowner's property value what so ever! This is ASININE! I cannot stress ENOUGH that this will decimate the property value of the homes in direct vicinity of the proposed Sub-station, and have a substantial effect on those that are even semi close to the site. I am disgusted as a professional that his man is allowed to keep his license with a sell out appraisal like that! DISGUSTING!
