He completed an appraisal of our home. Didn't use the most recent sales and used very old comparables. He was very rude when entering our home, smug and disrespectful, talking down to us. He stated there was a due date of 2/26 for the appraisal to be submitted and that we would NOT see it any time before then. To add to insult, he made sure that he turned the appraisal in even later than that, almost 2 weeks late! We mentioned the recent sales in the area and he made sure to Not upset hose homes into e appraisal and not sure why? Appraisal came in low..much lower than all other sales into area. What a horrible business and service.... Do not use this company
