- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! - - Hess - 6/13/2016 - comment
I am attempting to purchase a new home in Vacaville, CA. The person above was assigned appraisal duties. It is my understanding that VA Appraisers have MORE THAN ADEQUATE time to perform their job as an appraiser, as it take most non-VA appraisers 1-2 days to do the SAME JOB. His appraisal was due on 3 June. He didn’t even show for the job until 7 June. His appraisal was turned in 13 June (now 20 days from the assigned date) and we find out that there were 3 mistakes. He didn’t fill in 3 required spaces. Sounds to me like this gentleman does not know his job AND is lazy. Now we have him come back out to the NEW PROPERTY and do the appraisal again.
