If an appraiser by the name of Anthony (Tony) Gunther comes to your home to appraise it, slam the door on his face and get a new appraiser. He devalued my home, has no knowlege of the business, is unprofessional, does not answer calls, does not show up on time, and needs to go back to school and educate himself some more because he has absolutely no idea what he is doing. You need to compare apples to apples not apples and oranges. Hope someone does what he did to our family to him or one of his family members. He should refund our money for his incompetence and lack of knowledge. Worst appraiser and appraisel company out there. The business should be shutdown.

Not knowledgeable of real estate listed property as wrong type of home under appraised home significantly. Comps weren't even same type of home. This guy shouldn't be in this business and is completely unprofessional. His name is Tony won't answer his phone complete rip off.
