If you find out that this person or his wife Linda are connected with any business/deal, get away from it as fast as you can. I am amazed that this scum has managed to avoid Federal prison so long.
     Anonymous user - 8/16/2013 - I, too am amazed that he and his wife have avoided federal prison. Just ask anyone who has ever had any dealings with them and they will agree. I have never encountered a single soul who had anything positive to say about either of them. They do not pay their bills, do not maintain their slum properties, flat out refuse to comply with landlord law and rules, refuse to repair or eliminate condemned, dangerous homes, refuse to comply with government agency orders to eliminate life and safety hazards on property they own, when any work is done, it is normally done illegally and very rarely meets building codes, charge renters rates that are far greater than the deathtraps could ever be worth, try to force renters to pay debt not incurred by the renter, prey on the poor and uneducated knowing that these victims can not afford or do not know how to go about pursuing civil and criminal prosecution. It is my view that these people are the equivalent of a festering boil on the backside of humanity and should be avoided at all costs. Hopefully they will soon be brought to justice.

I honestly hope someone somewhere shuts them down for good. Paul is a horrible no good theif who would take the clothes off your back to get ahead.
