My mortgage experience was terrible. This company just sat back and collected my money. Did not try to resolve any issues that came up. First they told me that I didn't have a clean title and set me up to pay an attorney to title search. After I found out they were wrong, they just kept coming up with different reasons like I couldn't use the bank who owned the property's attorney because he wasn't from Georgia, the bank was not on their approved list of banks...They basically told me that I needed to search for a different house. When I told them what I needed was a new mortgage company, they made sure to tell me that I would still have to pay their fees. After making numerous phone calls back and forth between the bank who owned the home (did their job for them!) and waiting over 4 months of waiting to close, we were finally able to complete the purchase of our new home (no thanks to them). Will never recommend or use them again!
