Beware of this scam artist that calls himself a mortgage broker! First off, the girls in the office are not all there. One forgot to do something on a Friday because she was too busy trying to leave early causing the appointment at the title company to be pushed back a week. Here’s the kicker…the Good Faith Estimate said bring $5,000 to closing and after signing all the papers the lady asks us for $11,000!!! I don’t have an extra $6k! Excuse me but a GFE is usually off by a couple hundred or so NOT SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS! Therefore, all 100 signatures we just put down in ink were void and we had to borrow the money from my mother-in-law, reschedule the closing and ink out another 100 signatures. Thank you for screwing up Grover! It was a pleasure!
