We used Franklin First for our first mortgage and we were very disappointed with their service. We were recommended by a realtor and we regret using them. Hustle tactics, refusing to rate lock when we received our mortgage commitment and waiting till interest rates raised then offering us the "opportunity" to buy down the rate for thousands of dollars When we visited their offices, "wolf of wall street" atmosphere with douche bags walking around with headsets and giving each other high fives. These slick hustlers had their top buttons open with gold chains showing, looking like the "greed is good 80s" in there. Definitely don't recommend this company.
