It’s been beyond 20 years but I still remember my experience with Jeff at Investor’s Realty. I owned a small business in Bakersfield and was a young first time homebuyer. I wildly loved my home and lived there not quite 10 years when poor choices and extreme hardship struck. I could have lost my home, they could have defaulted on my loan but they didn’t. They gave beyond ample time for me to sell my home and relocate away from the area. Even back then such kindness wasn’t bestowed upon many, business was business ya know, but they went beyond all that and gave immeasurable grace, for which I still remember today, decades later.
