I had them as my attorney. He is the worst laywer I have ever seen. He was "never" in his office and when he was he did not return phone calls very well. He was letting the other side pretty much get away with murder. They were allowed to send me money on their time not when it was due and when I would question this he would tell me that it was what it was, and that he could not make them move any faster. Now I am no slouch. I know that thier is penalties for such behavior from the insurance company that you are fighting for regular payment to be sent in a timely matter. Did he go after them for that? Hell no he did not and they have made my family and I wait for 2.5 months for aother check. That is wrong. The first check that I got was not even the correct amount. I had to call him and go over my check stubs (that he had a copy of btw) and show him that it was not the correct amount. Now he wants to put a lien on my case because I fired him. THEY SAY THAT THEY DONT COLLECT UNLESS I WIN.....I HAVE NOT WON ANYTHING. BUT HE WANTS $500.....FOR WHAT? HE IS CALLING THEM LEGAL FEES. BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM!!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES!!!! OH YEAH IF YOU DO USE THEM.....DONT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP WITH BARROWING AGAINST YOUR CLAIM TO GET QUICK MONEY TO PAY BILLS! I DID AND NOW I CANT BARROW NO MORE BECAUSE THEY HAD ME USE IT TOO MUCH!!!! THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH OASIS LEGAL FUNDING AND THAT WHO THEY TELL YOU TO USE. DONT DO IT!!!!
