Harold V. Sullivan II cheated me out of my settlement money once I had won my law suit. He is dishonest and irresponsible, and has no manners at all when relating to his clients if he does at all. In my case he directed his head administrater to handle my law suit as far as personel manners, because he never spoke to me during the whole time that my case lasted. Don't hire this attorney for any reason. I have contacted the California State Bar and filed a complaint with them.

Harold v Sullivan represented me on an motorcycle accident I had in Redding, California in 1997. I won my case but when it came to receiving my settlement money, I was cheated out of it. He owes me $51,200.00 as of this date. His head administrater , a man named Pat Riley lied to me and deceived me. I was suffering from major depression and I had received a blood transfusion which was tainted with Hep "C" on my first operation on my knee from the motorcycle accident. I was distress over the fact I would be disabled for the rest of my life and I might be dying over my liver decease {hep 'C'}sometime in the future. They took advantage of me knowing I was weak at the time and depressed. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone unless you want to be cheated out of money that is rightfully yours. I am still trying to figure a way of getting my money from him as I speak.
