This man preys on clients who do not know the legal system! He told me he would set my case for a bench trial, when I went to court, he told me I was taking my plea that day. If I wanted to plea to something, I would have wanted to do it in JDR court. I was coerced into taking a plea I did not want to because I did not know the system and because he also told me I could not fire him, that the judge would not allow it. This man did nothing to help me, in fact my bond was about to be revoked and he had no problem with it. I had to stand up and speak on my own behalf for that not to happen. He put in no effort into fighting this case! I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. He was court appointed so maybe if he's paid he may actually do something for his client, but I wouldn't rely on it. Regardless though, he still turned in his voucher and I still have to pay over $800 to a case he didn't even put effort towards!
