DO NOT do business with this man or this company. We took out two insurance policies for our children many years ago. We have not heard from him in over three years. Now that we want to change agents, he refuses to sign the papers mailed to him in January, asking him to resign as broker of record so that our new agent can advocate on our behalf. In one call, he tells my husband that he has no obligation to sign the request and he has NO INTENTION of doing so. When I called, he told me he is no longer sells insurance! I asked for my original agent by name and he said she retired. When I asked who replaced her, he said no one. He hung up on me three times. I have filed a complaint against him in the California Department of Insurance. 4/24/14. So rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this with anyone! STAY AWAY!!!
