I had a dispute with this company w/r/t an accident I had in a rental car. For nearly a year, they made tenuous and specious legal arguments and attempted to rely on law from outside jurisdictions before finally dropping the claim. They also threatened my credit and harassed me during this period of time. Anyway, after I told them that I would fight the case in court in the state where the accident occurred, they gave up. So, when they fight, they do so through intimidation and when it comes to time to really fight, in court, they roll over and give up. As an attorney with insurance and subro experience, I would not hire them. They are an embarrassment.
