Wells Fargo LaPorte has been as rude as any bank I have ever dealt with through the years. I fully intend to meet with the president of Wells Fargo Bank in LaPorte, Indiana this next week to determine why such horrible behavior is tolerated. Have been with Wells Fargo Bank for 16+ years and never, ever have I been treated so rudely! One of the tellers (Karen) has been the worst ever to deal with. I recently moved to this area and went into Wells Fargo in LaPorte. They continue to try to hold my checks from one of the very largest employers in LaPorte County, charge over inflated fees for certified checks (which I never paid in Florida at Wells Fargo), and they treat me as if I have never done business with them before. Unless something changes, I will have to take my 16+ years of business someplace else, because I will not tolerate such rudeness or disrespectful treatment from them much longer. Karen should be written up and placed on probation. Every time I go into that bank in LaPorte, it is uncomfortable and upsetting since she is always there. Her disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate ways should be dealt with immediately. Why a bank would ever keep such an employee is beyond me?!? If she worked for me, she would be gone!!!
