Perhaps 3-4 years ago, the Alief branch (Dairy Ashford) remodeled their facility extensively. Overall, a nice job resulting in an attractive and functional lobby. However, there was one glaring oversight and that was the work area where members complete their deposit-withdrawal forms. It is grossly undersized with people reaching over one another to get the various forms and then crowding or waiting to use the work desk/bench. I find it puzzling that there was so much area devoted to seating (16-18+ seats?) that in most cases goes unused, but no attention given to providing members a properly sized work station. Have been going to FCCU for years and pretty satisfied overall, but this is one deficiency that needs attention. Thanks for listening.
