Having an account in good standing and paying all your loans according to agreement doesn't matter. The policies seem to be made up for some members but not all. You send an email in the "contact us", and they don't even reply. The service is not the same after longtime employees left a year or so ago. There's too many uninformed people working there now. The word consistency isn't enforced. Who tells a customer they can't release funds after the damage has been prepared? That was a response from a young person after being told the major repair was done and the proof was on paper. The least a financial institution can do is to keep the policies and procedures consistant for all.
