I have been to your colerain store several times staff I is verry polite but manager edith pardon my french is very rude. Several times she just nasy additude a verbally assulting not to just me but witnessed it with other coustomers as well. A couiple of times I had to wait several mins and once for a half hour before she wold help me because she was to busy standing outside hugging random men. In my opinon you need to get rid pff her before you lose more busness. I for one will not be going back woth at least 20others till the hateful snobby bitch wo tink she better than everone else is gone.
