They shouldn't have a license like a Bank. They doing frauds against the banking law. Stay away from this bank!!!!they will rip you off on hidden interest. They not providing disclosures anything. Horrible stuff unprofessional and ugly employee- horrible experience. They trying to make their own banking rules. If they rip you off do not hesitate to file immediately complaints to : FDIC, BBB, IL DOI, Attorney General, FTC.

have my car payment thru them. Was behind by 70.00 and they were going to repossess. There is one ray of hope there....Ruth. She is amazing and if she was smart would find somewhere else to work!!! Spoke with a Jack (847-760-9612). What a rude common piece of dirt. I told him that Ruth and I had spoke and all was taken care of. He didn't like my answer. Then he proceeded to tell me he didn't like me so he was going to have my car repossessed. How professional!!! I work retail and know customer service is priority....apparently not this place. I would NEVER suggest them to any one!!! I owe 1700.00 to them and if I had it I'd pay it just to tell them to shove it!!! Feel free to call Jack....he'd love to hear what you think!! :)
