No attention to detail. Misclassification of business expenses as they were too lazy to double check things. No discussion on what W2 should be taken.... Just a random number out of thin air. Missed basic expenses and did not look to see if accounts looked correct Blindly filed taxes! Have a new CPA now that brought all these issues to the surface. Expert at accounting and accounting advise they are not!
