I always do my taxes with other companies but decided to have them do it one year. I told them that a family member owed and I wasn't sure if I should claim him. They told me not to worry about it and I would be put as head of household. What ended up happening is that they put my family member as head of household and the IRS ended up keeping it all. I told them before they filed it that he owed and I wasn't sure if I should do it by myself and not include him but they reassured me not to worry about it. I ended up paying them for their services and not getting a penny. They do not care about their customers and only care about getting money in their pockets. The owner acts like he is a God loving Catholic but has a stripper mistress, gambling and drinking problem. Do not go there. Trust me. They will take your money.
