So I them before tax season last year. I ended up doing my own taxes because they though it would be better if I did them the first year. This year they files an extension for us. I was out of town this September for a family emergency. I contacted them last week and Doug Ehlen said he would get back to us. I sent him an email yesterday suggesting maybe I should do them myself this time again. He said that was probably a good idea and they would review them. I emailed him back and told him don't bother I'll do myself from here on and get a different firm for next year. Obviously were too small for him.
